Independent Service for Informing and Public Relations
Independent Service for Informing and Public Relations informs the general public on the Ministry’s views, it performs and coordinates the appearances of the Minister and other Ministry officials in the media and it performs the tasks related to the citizens’ rights to access the information.
It prepares, designs, drafts, maintains and updates the public and internal Ministry websites, it provides help to other judicial bodies in their public relations and it performs other tasks from its scope.
The Service is subordinate to the Deputy Minister and the Minister.
The following organisational units are organised within the Independent Service for Informing and Public Relations:
- Department for Public Relations
- Department for Internal Informing and Websites
Scope of work of the Independent Service for Informing and Public Relations is stipulated by the Decree on Internal Organisation of the Ministry of Justice (OG 28/2012).
