Office of the Minister is a single organisational unit of the Ministry that on behalf of the minister and deputy minister contacts administrative organisations and internal structural units regarding citizens' issues and complaints; it participates in preparation of minister's protocolar obligations and his journeys; coordinates tasks connected to relations with the media and those related to minister and deputy minister’s plans and activities; those related to observing tasks of the Government and the Parliament and their bodies; and it also performs other professional and administrative tasks related to the effectuation of minister and deputy minister’s activities by minister's directions.
